Jamie T. Wiggins graduated from Penn State University in 2008 with a Bachelors degree in Political Science and minor in Sociology. Jamie moved from Happy Valley to the Delaware Valley and began fighting for injury victims that same year. Jamie’s father, was catastrophically injured on the job when she was young, and so she was driven to help injury victims in her career. She became employed as a Paralegal at personal injury firm, and became certain, that this was her path. She enrolled at Villanova University School of Law in 2011 and earned her Juris Doctorate in 2014. While at Villanova, Jamie excelled at client communication and counseling where she was awarded the Wyn Lewellyn Award for Excellence. Jamie also excelled at trial advocacy. As a member of the esteemed VLS National Trial Team, she competed both regionally and nationally placing first in the region and second in the country. After practicing for several years at another personal injury firm, Jamie opened Wiggins Law, LLC in April of 2019. As her practice exponentially grew, Jamie jumped to Team Tom and joined Gibbons Legal in April of 2022.
Jamie’s career has been highlighted by her passion and dedication to helping real people get real results. She’s been recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Civil Litigators in the State of Pennsylvania by the National Trial Lawyers Association, and was nationally ranked as one of the Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. She’s also been titled Philly’s Best Lawyer and Philly’s Best Personal Injury Attorney by popular vote in 2021 and 2022.
Jamie is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Federal Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
When not working, Jamie most enjoys being a mother to her two small children, Marlee and David. Marlee and Mommy love crafting and painting, and their artwork is proudly displayed across Jamie’s office. David and Mommy enjoy long car rides and Disney movies (especially Monster’s Inc.). In her downtime, Jamie enjoys painting, reading, hiking with her dog, Peppa, attending concerts with her Dad and all things outdoors having grown-up in the beautiful Pocono Mountains.
